FestFinder is run by a small editorial team. We read every message that comes in, and we usually reply within a few business days.
Submit an event
If you organize a festival, fair, or community gathering that should be on FestFinder, send us the basics: festival name, city, state, venue, dates, category, and a one-paragraph description. Include a link to the official site and any media kit you have. Listings are free.
Correct an event
Dates change. Venues change. Festivals fold and new ones launch. If you spot something that needs updating on FestFinder, send the URL of the page along with a quick note about what is wrong. Be specific where you can — corrections that include the source of the new information move through the queue faster.
Press, advertising, and partnerships
For press inquiries, advertising rates, or partnership conversations, send us an email with a short summary of what you have in mind. We respond to qualified inquiries within a week.

Response times
We answer most messages within three to five business days. During the busiest stretches of the festival calendar — late spring, mid-summer, and the run-up to the holiday season — replies can stretch out a little longer. Thanks in advance for your patience. If your note is urgent because of a date error or a venue change happening in the next few days, please put the word URGENT in your subject line and we will move it to the top of the queue.
